Returns Policy:

In the unlikely event that your new purchase is faulty then please contact us  immediately to discuss your problem. In the event a return needs to be made and once the received the item(s) are confirmed to be faulty, a refund or exchange will be issued. No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged by negligence, carelessness or misuse. No refunds will be given to products that have been 2 toned.

If you have received an item and have decided you do not want it, products must be returned to us within 14 days and must be "AS NEW",unopened, unused and in the original, undamaged packaging. This must include all items within the packaging Eg; the complimentary packet of BB's and the original invoice.

Please make contact with us by telephone or email before returning anything and make sure to include the original invoice with the order number and a note with the reason of the return with full contact. Shipping costs for warranty returns will be compensated to the value of Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for and Parcel Force 48 for Large items like Rifles.

***Important: Please include a copy of the postage receipt with the returned items or via Email with the corresponding order number in the subject heading.

Refunds:

You may return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving your package, in most cases you will receive a refund within a few days. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us first with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
